Homeopathic remedies for OCD due to PANDAS

Streptococcinum

Anacardium orientale
Keynotes: Classic for OCD: intrusive thoughts, impulse to curse, repeat foul language, double will (good vs bad). Compulsive checking.
Sensation: Feels there’s a “devil” on one side and an “angel” on the other. Confusion.
Modalities: Worse before exams; worse from mental exertion; better eating.
Carcinosinum
Keynotes: OCD from perfectionism and suppressed emotions. Sensitive, conscientious children with rituals, tics, and insomnia.
Sensation: Feels a need to please everyone, fear of failure.
Modalities: Worse from reprimands; worse from tension; better at seaside, better dancing/music.
Arsenicum album
Keynotes: Classic for OCD with intense anxiety, fear of contamination, fear of germs, dirt, or poisoning. Compulsive cleaning, handwashing, checking locks or stoves repeatedly. Restlessness and despair, especially at night. Strong health anxiety, fear of death.
Sensation: Feels constantly in danger; mind races with fearful thoughts; tries to control surroundings to feel safe.
Modalities:
Worse: Midnight to 3 AM, alone, cold, damp, after exertion.
Better: Warmth, warm drinks, company, reassurance, frequent small sips of water.
